Villa Jasmina is a newly built property, beginning with renting in the 2017 season. The villa is situated in an exceptional location that guarantees privacy. Situated by the sea, it offers a beautiful view of the bay and of the beautiful sunsets.

The modern-style villa was designed by top Croatian architects, which is why it stands out from the usual look. The interior design was done by a renowned Croatian company, which enabled such a unique look, all according to the wishes of the Nikolla family.

The villa is situated in the popular Gradina bay, just a few minutes drive from the center of Vela Luka. Villa Jasmina was created for complete relaxation, enjoyment and an unforgettable vacation on this beautiful coast.

A path about 50 meters away leads to the beach. The beach is partly paved and rocky, with deck chairs and parasols, and partly protected by green hedges. The villa is located at the end of the road, and about 30 meters of private road leads to it.

Villa Jasmina consists of three bedrooms, each with satellite TV and bathroom with walk in shower cabin. The kitchen is fully equipped and share the same space with a dining room and a spacious living room. The villa is air conditioned, with wifi, and an indoor fireplace. In front of the villa there is a swimming pool. Sun deck is equipped with deck chairs, seating sets, outdoor shower and Jacuzzi tub.

Behind the villa there is a barbecue, table tennis and relaxing furniture. On the side of the villa there is a dining set. Villa also has an equipped gym with toilet and shower. Parking for several cars is located in front of the villa and secured by surveillance cameras.
